3.5ml DCT tank on HC, what size carto does it take? 35mm or 45?

I figured the 3.5 ml would take a regular sized carto, and the 6ml tank would take a 45mm carto, but the website says the 3.5 comes with a 45mm carto,

can someone help me sort out if this is just a typo?

Thank you for your asking. both 3.5ml DCT and 6ml DCT use 45mm carto.
