3.5ml Madvapes Tank Leaking

I got a little tank from mad vapes a while back to check out the world of tanks, and every time I've used it I have a leaking problem, every time. Am I doing something wrong or is this a crap tank?

The tanks at MV seem to have quality control issues... some work fine and other batches are poor. Take a look at the black line that makes a seal with the tank; it should be uniform and at least ~2 mm+ thick. I have one from there that has no issues and one faulty one.

I bought a 6ml tank from the same vendor and I've discovered that the bottom INNER O-ring was thinner on one side of it. I removed the O-ring from the top end cap and placed used it in the bottom end cap. I put to tap water in the tube to see if it would leak - no leaks...!!! Replacements for these O-rings can be purchased on a few sites but I am sure you could find these at your Home Depots and Lowes and such.

My problem is it leaking through the carto, like it's constantly overfilled.

Well that would be an issue with the cartomiser, not the tank itself.

Got around to trying this again, punched my own carto for this tank, and as far as I can tell all is going well in the world of tanks for me.
