I started vaping basically just as starting a new hobby haha, I had no intentions of quitting smoking, but after 2 days I couldn't smoke a cigarette. It was disgusting when I tried.
Now it's been almost 3 months and I'm still going strong!
My favorite place to buy liquid from is Mech Sauce, I've only gotten two (creme a la mode and captain loopy) that I would never reorder, and I've gone from the 15ml to 30ml - finding that 4 -30mls will last me a little over a month.
Ummm... I can't think of anything else to say, I'm 26, smoked for about 11 years, 1-2 packs when I was a teenager and then a pack a week for about the past 5 years. So not really a heavy smoker unless I was drinking then I could go through a pack in like... 6 hours LOL! Kind of like my dad at the casino.. he only smokes half a cig at a time, but blows through packs when gambling like nothing I've ever seen. I'm trying to get him to switch to vaping but it's kind of failing because he has the "I'm ancient, at this point it won't matter" mindset.

First of all welcome to the forum. Next tell him it's never to late. Every analog not smoked is a victory. And plus if he is not buying smokes that's more money to play with. ;) Anyway congrats with your journey.
Haha, yes! Last time I was up there I bought some NETs for him and gave him my CE4, it has more of a cig-like draw and it was my first one after the cigalike failures. Left it for him and explained how to use it. Whether he has or not, I don't know. But he's got the set up. I'm going up there in a few days, so I'll probably push it a little more. I want to get him that Joyetech mod that has the internal tank it's about the size of a pack of smokes so it will fit in his 'cigarette pocket' lol. I'll probably have to wait for Christmas for that though.
I told him I want him around at least ten more years (he's 75 w/ no health issues other than the smoking)

I've dealt with the "what's the point" mentality a few times. I have the joy tech vt 60 coming Monday. Been running a zna 30 and aspire Atlantis for about six months. Should be interesting to see which wins my preference. :w00t:
yeah i've seen those! I like the white and blue one. >.< I'm not all up on the temp control stuff yet I've only been building for about a month and a half. I don't need another type of coil replacement to buy right now, one step at a time haha.

I have the whats the point mentality, but enjoy vaping more than I did smoking and it is much cheaper too.
He can vape the high Diketone and AP juice and maintain his what's the point mentality but it will be much tastier.

+1.

Its just getting one to try it. Once that part passes everything else seems to fall into place.
