I have not smoked in three months and loving every day. The only concern that is starting to arise with my vaping is the amount of juice I am currently going through per month. 2 1/2.....30 ml bottles @ 24 Nic strength. I was a pack a day regular smoker. Just wondering if this is an above average amount of E-juice.

Really good question and seems there are quite some posts recently on this.
I was a 1/3 a pack a day smoker.
i HAD TO start at 24 mg cuz the gas station disposables at 18 and 16 were not cutting it.
3 weeks in and now im down to 18 mg... but i have to chain vape like i did 3 weeks ago to stay at 18.
so... the typical mention/comparison of 1 pack a day analog habit to vaping 18mg juice has ZERO/NADA/ZILCH/NOTHING to
back it up.

To be honest (and just my opiniong from my own experience) Im surprised you can stay off analogs at 24mg. As suggested to me very early on by many kind peoples in this forum: listen to your body. if you are getting headaches, lay off the vape a bit, use lower nicotine juice - heck even try higher nicotine juice (withdrawal can be similar to OD).
When starting, maybe even get a variety of nicotine levels in your juices. Vape to stop the analog cravings - permanently. Eventually, when you are sure you are off them, then and only then, worry about stepping down the nic.

For me, to stay off the analogs, my big interest is in finding different nice flavours to vape.
The juice hunt is more important than the equipment hunt - just me.

Happy Vaping and Be Healthy.
