I placed an order late yesterday afternoon (arizona time) for the black vector variable volt and put a note in at checkout requesting that if it's not ego compatible would they please throw an adapter onto my bill since this will be my 1st non ego e-cig and everything I have is for the ego. 10 min later Tim is calling me to say that the black vector variable volt isn't ego compatible and they don't carry adapters but he'd be willing to upgrade my order to the more expensive chrome vector variable volt which is ego compatible. Wow. Fast, courteous and accommodating will be the 3 words that I will use when asked about my shopping experience at vaporbeast.com. With that high level of customer service I will definitely be a repeat customer.
