Since I started purchasing from vaporbeast a couple months ago, they have quickly become my favorite vendor for all my hardware needs (PVs, carts). I have dealt primarily with Tim, known as "Chief Beast" in all of his email correspondence and nifty handwritten notes that come with every order, and as many people on this forum already know, his customer service is seriously out of this world. I know I don't have many posts as I am more a lurker that likes to soak up information and listen in on conversations, but what happened this week motivated me write a review and spread the word about this amazing site.
I had purchased a Vector Variable Volt PV from VaporBeast a little awhile ago (seriously amazing device for the price and goodies included), but the tragedies of daily wear and tear resulted in the black plastic piece that covers the end-cap going missing. I was left with a mostly sleek, matte black looking device, but the exposed silver of the screw cap left me wondering if I could possibly find a replacement. After some correspondance with Tim regarding my predicament, he told me that a replacement would be coming my way as soon as the week started. Imagine my surprise, under the assumption that I was going to receive a replacement cap.... when I opened the package today and found a brand new Vector unit complete with a battery. I understand they have upgraded their Vectors to the newer edition (akin to the new Lavatubes), and what they had sent me was of the older stock, but this was completely unnecessary on Tim's part and he really went ahead and cranked the volume to 11.
If VaporBeast had not already made a lifelong customer out of me with their fast and free shipping, professional site design, solid product selection and value, this personal story of being taken care of is some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced on the web and in life.
