Almost 3 weeks analog free. The different flavors and the ability to vary the throat hits have made the switch easier. This forum has been so helpful. Thanks everyone.

I'm a little over three months out. I've taken the occasional drag and it gets more and more nauseating every time. There's a good possibility I couldn't even choke one down anymore. This really has been a game changer.
