I heard about ecigs around 2007 and searched the net, couldn't find much, it was barely starting, no forums, no reviews, I waited like 3 years and it all started for real, I just wish ECF could have started sooner

Yesterday I reached the 1-year milestone and I can't imagine how it feels to have 3 years below - it's a lifetime in the world of vaping. Congrats!

Tested 12mg up to 32mg, took only 2 weeks to find out that 16-18mg was good, I'm now at a comfortable 10mg, I've got no plan to lower it as nicotine ain't that big of a deal : FAQ: Nicotine (tobaccoharmreduction.org)
