I honestly never thought I'd see the day come when I could say I was smoke free for 30 days. Well at least until 30 days ago :) To think that I would have smoked 600 cigarettes in that time is nauseating. In the past few weeks I've joined a gym which I've been going to 5-6 times per week for 2 hours at a time. My energy is through the roof. Sex drive is borderline scary :D Smell and taste things like never before. The only way I can describe the feeling is like I discovered a new world. A world where I don't wake up every morning feeling like ...., coughing and still tired from smoke induced sleep apnea. This world allows me to have the energy and lung capacity to do things I haven't done in over 15 years. ECF and it's members have made all the difference. If it wasn't for this forum and the willingness of others to help I don't think I would of been able to say 30 days smoke free. THANK YOU ECF!

Good job Freak! I'm still waiting for all the good stuff to kick in for me but it's only been 12 days off analogs. And you're correct, this forum is life changing! It's great someone can explain how they feel and someone else actually "gets it". Unless you've been there, you don't get it. Keep up the good work..............you've inspired me to at least think about joining a gym ;)
