30 days use and my Infinity Pro is broken

the red LED stays on, no blue, no fire, no vapor ... I tried vaping, I didn't rely on the LED to confirm it is broken

I tried 2 different sets of fresh batteries ... I just bought 4 new batts from you a few days ago

I tried 2 different cartomizers 2.8 - 3.0 ohm carts ... I tried 2 different atomizers ... I tried different voltages ... no fire

I removed the top cap, it had been coming loose regularly anyway, all wires looked connected

I blew out the tube with canned air, from both the top and bottom ... no change, no fire

the ground screw ? on the side is still flush, it has not backed out ... and I didn't drop it

for the past week, it would not fire, intermittently ... sometimes, if I backed off the bottom cap to turn off, and re-tightened, it would sometimes work again, but not every time ... I blamed my cartos and fiddled until it worked again, by magic ... was this a precursor of this failure ?

I can't see how this is something I can myself fix via email ... or is it ?

needless to say, I am ... let's just say extremely disappointed

yes, it is wonderful you have great turn-around time on repairs ... but, after 30 days ??

when it worked, it worked great ... for a month ... I have new juice arriving tomorrow and nothing to use

after attending my Vapors Club meeting this past weekend, I was able to try a BP, I like the form factor much better than the IP... I know they're the same guts, but wish I would have got a BP instead ... even swap ?

of course, I'll use the RMA and get it shippped out today, Monday ... maybe my new juices need steeping

bbb It is usually best to contact us directly so we can do a fast troubleshooting , anyhow It sounds like a bad solder joint to me , we have to see it to fix it , Sorry for the hassle .

Some of the Ipro PCB's seem to have this problem , it is NOT something we can normally see right away and creeps up over time. this is part of custom PCB MFG ! it happens.

We will take care of it ASAP !

you will have it Wednesday, guaranteed, so says USPS

USPS does not deliver next day to your RMA zip code, so I was told

wrongly, apparently, as it was delivered today, Tuesday at 1:30 pm ... so my thanks to the nice folks at the Paso Robles post office, or wherever in CA they made up the extra time and delivered it next day ... I'm trying for positive vibes here :)

Guessing your Ipro will begin its journey back to you today I know Lorrie is getting back on notcigs stuff today and repairs are always first. If it goes out today you should have it Saturday

I've had no shipping confirmation email and no change to my account other than it being authorized for repair ... if it didn't go out today, I certainly won't receive it by this weekend ... Mon, Tues, who knows ? I sure don't

unless Buzzkill sees this and gives me some good news, I've had no news, which is bad news

I've already had to spend money on a back-up vv device, next day delivery ... I was in the process of searching for a back-up when the IP failed ... who'da thunk I'd need a back-up to a brand new IP ?
