30% off on carts

I ordered a bunch of cartomizers this morning put in the code for 30% discount and they didn't give it to me, I was just wondering if that happened to anybody else? I put in a support ticket and he was going to tell his supervisor to discont my charge card, don't know if they will but I haven't had that problem on any of my other orders. I was going to cancel it and re-order but it wouldn't let me. I hope they give me the discount!
