I'm seeing an issue with the board. When I post it tells me that I can only make one post ever 30 seconds and makes me wait, even though I haven't made any posts in the last 30 seconds. Anyone else seeing this?
30 second post delay.

Just happened to me earlier I was wondering if it was something on my browser but if others are having a prob could be something else

I'm guessing it's an issue with the board's cookies. They may not be expiring correctly.
gonna try clearing corrupted cookies then......mine started this this morning....
edit...I had just done this yesterday.......just did it again and logged off then back on to ECF.....will let you know....

The strangest things occur when using electronic equipment. It has happened to me before, but I was posting like a crazed madman, anxious to delve into the realm of vaping and read and post and read and....
My cookies are clear and it is happening to me 
If I "like" a post it counts as a post and I have to wait 30 seconds.

Happened to me yesterday. Cleared cookies and it happened again.

I have not had it happen since this morning....I logged off of ECF completely. Cleared my cache and logged back into ECF...all has been good.
This looks like a Flood Block to me, set too tight. That is a firewall defence or an application defence against 'flooding' - too much traffic from one source.
If clearing cookies and cache fixes it, it means that getting a new cookie has switched you to another server that doesn't have the problem, which may therefore just be on one server.
To fix this I need to know which server and which application is doing it. A screengrab or two would be massively helpful as among other things it would tell us if it's a server or the forum software (each would format it it differently). Any chance someone can post a screengrab please? If you don't know how to do that, install PicPick [ PicPick :: All-in-one Design Tools, Screen Capture, Image editor, Color Picker, Pixel Ruler, Magnifier, Protractor and more. ] which is free, set it to save as a .gif, and as an incremented image # (ex: 001.gif). Then grab the whole screen or the active window. If you cannot attach it here then upload to tinypic.com or similar.
