Thats good to know John. In this day & as some have seen on ECF here, posts criticizing a vendors product end up disappearing. Even when it's a legitimate concern.
We have challenges along the way but we have to meet them. As for the Rich tasting like 'hose' water, we did have one batch that had a lingering taste that was like a cleaning fluid and that has been traced and rectified. I need you to send as much info as possible so that I can check what you have received and where the problem occurred. Some resellers rebottle our liquid so that has to be thoroughly checked also.
Please send me your address and I will have replacements shipped today along with compensation for your out of pocket expenses. This is over and above any replacement you might receive from your local supplier. I want to be sure that you receive the ECOpure exactly as it leaves us and that you are satisfied.

Innovapor said they would make this right by sending me Gold instead (my request)
There has been some sharp criticism aimed at us over this batch but that's fine, we have to accept that and make sure we make it right, we will not question the validity of that criticism as that would cast doubt on the integrity of the end user - if it doesn't taste right then we replace, no problem.
