I have been vaping for close to 6 months now and i've used/dealt with many many many websites/sellers in that period of time. Each supplier is different in service, quality, and price.. some being better some being worse. Not only was I highly impressed by the price ($44.95 - Kit compared to the SVR kit which is roughly $90.00) but as well as the quality of the product itself. Looks absolutely fantastic!
I ended up receiving the product with a faulty switch, so I talked to Matthew who is one of the co-owners of the website and he spoke with me for HOURS on figuring out what could be wrong ect. That to me was VERY impressive to take that much out of your day to help a fellow customer. Not only did we find out what the problem was and called the manufacturer to make sure it doesn't happen again, but he ended up sending me a brand new one ($24.99 value) for free and I got it in 2 days! Extremely fast shipping + free shipping which was great! The only issue I had with them was that faulty switch but that was a fault in design, which was not there fault at all. I have been working with electronics for years and I know that sometimes here and there something can go wrong, so that did not make me angry whatsoever after the quality of service I recieved.
I got the switch and now my3VO VV is working like a charm!! It's a vape cannon and my new go to vape! I love it more than any of my others and am very happy that I purchased it!
