Is it true that 36 mg e-liquid is, or will soon be, unavailable? What are some sites that still sell it? Why, if it is true, is 36 mg not going to be made available? Thanks. (some people really need this strength to stay off analogs) Also, if 24 mg. is the highest strength that will be, or is, available, is there any way to make the 24 mg. stronger - something that can be added to the 24 mg? Thanks again.

I am still not sure what to make of the story that they have stopped producing 36mg in order to get FDA approval......to me that's exactly the same as saying the FDA have already told them they 'will' approve 24mg. If that's true you Americans have nothing to worry about. Except that 24 mg isn't going to be strong enough for a lot of people to stop smoking with.

The story I read was that the Chinese manufacturers had to limit nicotine levels because of legislation in China

I saw the same thing on one of the Chinese supplier websites about 2 weeks ago... can't remember which one though.

Does anyone have any thoughts on pressure we could bring to bear on the manufacturers to continue making 36mg? Maybe if we did a poll showing how many ecig users actually use that strength - just a thought.
Karen...

If the Chinese government is requiring their manufacturers to limit the levels of nic then the manufacturers can't do anything about it and there is NO amount of "pressure" any of us can bring to bear that could change that. I mean, come on... We are having a hard enough time getting OUR government to listen to us... how are we going to get the Chinese government to??

As for our (currently) very few US based juice manufacturers... I personally don't think pressuring them to create 36mg juice will help our cause when dealing with the FDA and other anti-ecig idiots.

Maybe you should just stock up on 36mg from the few suppliers that still have some (listed in this thread) and slowly ween yourself down to a lower and more sustainable level like 24mg? Dunno what else you could do short of growing your own tobacco to extract nic from and setting up your own small lab (as I have considered) ;)
