I've been vaping for around 5 years.... the first 4 of those years were spent between 36 and 42mg in clearos and carto-tanks with single/dual/triple coils... then I went sub-ohm on a dripper with a mech... almost immediately dropped to 16, a month later 12, and now 6 after switching to rayon wicks...

Bottom line, 36mg is perfectly fine to vape, but a lot of it depends on both tolerance of body and what gear you use...

Hey there! I had this question a long time ago as well, but it answered itself for me. When I started vaping I started on 36mg and used that for about 1 1/2 years. After a year of heavy vaping off of it my lungs felt 'weird' and hard to catch a breath occasionally. After I tuned it down to 24mg I had started feeling a lot better. No breathing quirks or anything, oddly 24mg never felt as though it was weaker also.

In my personal opinion I don't suggest friends to use 36mg liquids, but I don't believe there's any medical problem with the 36mgs, your body is just taking in a ton of nicotine and if you can handle that you can use it.

You do realize that's incorrect and insulting, don't you?

I tried to quit years ago with the patch.
Then two patches.
Then two patches and gum.
Still smoked upwards of 4 packs a day through the whole ordeal.
Never got a nic rush through that.

Vaping doesn't come close even the way I do it.

Being the highest nic, lowest resistance vaper posting here, I can assure anyone vaping less in either category doesn't need the slightest interest in getting a rush to get there.

Each person is different.

My sincere apologies if I've insulted anyone.
