38mg? ouch!

I've seen some sites selling super high levels of nicotine, around 38mG...seems like that would be too much. I think I'll use the high concentration for a while and see where that gets me. How many here use the 38mg formulas?

I use cash's 36mg and it aint bad. I don't really know what people are talking about when they say that higher nic liqs hit harder - they don't for me but then again Im puffing on this thing most of the day.
