So I have me a fun little issue with my orders. Well one. I have a couple that say local pick up, of these I have had one person call me and explain he was excited and mess up. That has been dealt with. We call make mistakes we are human. My first thoughts were just that, I'll send them options on how they would like to cover shipping and go from there.
But in the one I just started to work with I have a couple of 5 packs that have 6 flavors, not like apple/cinny, but 6 bottles, so I am going to let this one slide. I'll bill them for shipping and heck I'll give the bottles, samples are out there to be enjoyed and if ya don't it isn't a big thing.
Keep in mind I am doing this to get my name out there and the quality of my work, yet I don't like feeling taken a 10 foot stroll off a 5 foot bridge.
So I am sorry, but at this point, if you make an order and mess up on shipping, you will have 24 hours to respond to me or I cancel your order.
If ya buying a 5 pack and put more flavors then should be in a 5 pack your order will be canceled on the spot.
Like I said I am didn't call them cause I am willing to look at it as a mistake.
But I will not let it slide again.
Please post and let me know if ya feel I should change policy and I should call or if the 24 hours seems fair.

Is there a way you can default the shipping to first class, and make local pickup an option? Right now when you go to the shipping screen, it's automatically filled in as Local Pickup. I would imagine very few orders are actually pickup orders, so maybe having the default be 1st Class would cut down on the 'oops-I-clicked-before-I-read' accidents.

As far as people putting in too many choices - I'd email...mostly because I hate talking on the phone and rarely answer the phone unless I'm familiar with the number on the caller ID. But I think an email with the subject line of 'There's a Problem with your Order from Dats Vapor!' or something to that effect would get people's attention. In the email let them know they have until X time/day to respond or the order will be canceled and money refunded.

There's a fine line when running a business between taking care of your customers... and being walked all over by your customers LOL Your prices are excellent, your flavors delicious, your shipping cost fair, and provide top notch customer service - so people really shouldn't 'expect' to get away with trying to take, or accidentally taking, advantage of you.

That custom mix box is a little confusing for a first time user. I put 80% pg 20% vg in there, then after I'd submitted I realized the sale is for 50/50. Maybe an explanation near the box of what, exactly, is to be put in there would eliminate some of the confusion?

Also, if I, as a first time buyer, made a mistake and had my order cancelled so that I missed out on your sale, I'm not sure I'd try again. Can you possibly email people and ask? Email is free and since we're all doing this via computer we all have access. Just a thought, worth what you paid for it.

questions from a new customer
first of all, thank you for the prompt shipping of my sampler
i've tried 2 flavors so far, all of mine were 100% vg due to a pg allergy
the irish cream is much, much thinner than the peach without what i would call an irish cream taste and th is nonexistent. in contrast the peach has a beautiful flavor and plenty of th. i've tried both in conjunction with my all day vape, ecopure rich.
there is no problem with my order, that's what sampler packs are for, to find the flavors you like. i'll just want to make sure that the thin irish cream is really 100% vg because of my allergy.
thanks so much
