Hello. We wish it could be different but shipping charges and location make the delivery costs very expensive for us. So instead of calculating your shipping per location we charge a flat fee and ask you to order a minimum amount. This way we pay usually double for shipping but we sell more. Contact us on our site if you have any questions.

Hi Prokia,

We used to stock samples when we set up shop (almost a year ago), and had often used the 10ML bottles as promo items (sent a free sample with the next 30ML order), because quite honestly no one was buying them. The cost of shipping for a 10ML is usually double for what it retails - so it didnt make much sense to us.

What we do, however, is send free gifts to our repeat customers... often we see the 3rd order to go up substantially for our customers (they like the juices and start to order more!). Its usually here that we'll throw in a free 30ML sample of a flavour that the customer hasnt tried yet -- both to promote our business, and to say thank you for staying with us!!!

What I can tell you, is that we do truly have happy customers. Our service is great and the juices we sell are very tasty. Give us a try... we have customers from coast to coast :)

I think the problem is for would be customers (like me).

I already have a supplier I am very happy with, but I'd like to order some samples to try out some of your flavours. I only order 30ml of my fave juices from my current supplier and 10ml or 3ml samples from them if I am interested in different flavours to try out.

In all honesty there is no way I am ordering 30mls of any flavour that I don't know I would like and with $15 for shipping that's min $30 to try one flavour ...

I'd happily pay $5 for a 5ml sample and try 5 or more flavours and be happy with that purchase - and this is from someone who actually wants to try your juices ^^

To be honest you're not the only Canadian vendor I have seen only offer 30ml size and no samples (I won't order juice from them either until I can buy smaller sizes).

This is just my :2c:, from a perspective customer's pov :)

Either way , great to see another Can vendor up and running - good luck!

Hi Bytes,

Thanks for your answer. And I do understand your point.

But like Samyaza said, I cannot buy a 30 ml if I don't know it.
it means that I buy from supplier who gives me 3 ml samples, and I buy for $30 worth

You say that you don't have a lot of people buying the samples,
I was wondering, could'nt you just make them as they are ordered ? or is it too much trouble ?

I guess when I will have find one that I really like, the way you do it, giving away bottles to the returning customer would work, it is just that I'm not there yet.

thanks again for your reply, Have a great day !

I would offer packs of samples just to make it worth shipping. You know, 5-pack 5ml or 10ml sampler or something, let the customer pick 5 flavours for $X. I think that would be more acceptable all around. PG/VG blends would be good too; I know there are plenty who like one or the other, but I prefer a blend myself.

I did want to ask though, do you make your own juices or are they made for you? I have you on the juice list as a questionable on that score.

I Mindfield,

I don't make my own juices, I buy it already made.
I'm not sure yet which kind of blend works for me , so I'm happy with PG\VG blend. I guess 50/50 or the one you propose it fine. and I understand the 5pack of 5 or 10 ml, that makes sens. I might send you an pv in the next few days for more info.
thank you very much for your answer.
