I totally agree with reprisal's comment. The Boge LR or 2.0's work great with the Riva 510 which is an excellent PV. If you're still trying to figure out what flavors you like, stay away from the Mega cartos. They take 2.5 mls of juice vs. about 1 ml. for the standard carto size and if you don't like the flavor you've just wasted all that juice. You can rinse out cartos with hot water and dry them at 200 degrees in the oven for an hour (search ECF for more info if you're interested) to save money too. But the CCV carto deal is great too. I never had any luck at all with atty's or dripping. Cartos are easier and more convenient. Good luck and don't be disappointed. I weaned myself off the cigs over a couple months and still allow myself one once in a while only to find out how disgusting they taste. Good luck to all of you who are quitting.

Welcome and congrats! Yeah, it really does get a lot better from here. For me, my senses of smell and taste really perked up just within the first week. Although the down side to that is where I used to totally love dousing everything in Tabasco, now it's too freaking hot. Gotta build up my resistance to it again. :D

As for lung clearing, that tends to be pretty different for everyone. I didn't really start noticing it until about a month in. It seems to be a pretty slow process and can probably take up to a year or more before your lung capacity is truly back to wherever it's able to bounce back to. But the first couple of weeks I did notice a significant drop in throat clearing and phlegm, which was awesome. I'm not constantly clearing my throat and coughing occasionally anymore.

Stick with it, I think you'll find vaping is the alternative that keeps on giving. :)

Thanks
I am on 18mg at the moment, and having no withdrawal symptoms, may try some lower levels.
I do have a mini e-cig as a back up, but, yes I have to get some carto's!!
I'm only ordering 5ml bottles at the moment just to try, but they are £3.00 each!! ($5.00)
so it can get a bit expensive!!

You are so lucky! I did not have nicotine withdrawal but I did have withdrawal from the toxins...jittery! That scared the crap out of me!! I am analog free for a week and feel so much better.

Don't know how much a pack of smokes costs in the UK, but we ordered some juices for $12.50 each for 30ml. Much cheaper than a carton of analogs. We just jumped right in and vaped but since then have found some favorites so we, as most people have some laying around collecting dust. Better to get some and not like them than to be without and go back to the analogs...I would go back to juices I didn't really like before I would pick up another cigarette.

Bravo...and welcome to the forum. :)

finding juice you truly like is half the fun! and half your wallet...lol

i always tell new vapers that the juice is half what makes your vaping experience pleasurable. if you have some funds, search the popular eliquid vendors from this site and order some good stuff. guarantee itll taste better than any prefilled cartos you might be currently using
