4 drops of juice - new atty - leaks

What would cause an atomizer to leak .. I would think a new dry atty would need even more than 3 or 4 drops of juice, but I have had bad luck lately with atomizers. 2 from china leaked with just a few drops -- it ran directly from my dropper out the bottom .. Had another atty leak - one bought from a US company .. Brand new .. Let me also add, that it couldn't be the PV because it was leaking before I even attached it. ALSO .. can this be fixed with a screwdriver ??? Or do I need a hammer ?? Diane

You didn't mention what model atomizer.

Did you dry out the initial primer before adding liquid? They may be saturated to start with, so adding more juice would cause 'leaking'.

I always use some paper toweling to soak as much primer out of the atty as possible before adding fresh juice.

Mine will leak with a 4 drops even when its fully empty so I think maybe try 2 or 3 and see how it is...

When I first started vaping with my 510, it wouldn't work... I had been putting 2-3 drops on the atty and it turns out I was actually flooding it.
