This is for new members/new to vaping and anyone wanting to quit smoking.

Get yourself some good equipment, e-liquids you like at the right nicotine level, and visit here on ECF for advice and support.

My story is typical - 30 plus years smoking, 1.5 packs a day, etc. Then some friends got me to try vaping. I remember every single day without a cigarette was an accomplishment. I started with a cheap rechargeable kit then after a couple of weeks decided this is really working and got some better equipment. And backup equipment.

I buy everything at local vape shops, don't rebuild stuff and don't mix my own liquids. Guess I keep it simple. But still average less than a third of what I spent on cigarettes.

Every single day without a cigarette is still an accomplishment - but it is really easy now!
