Looks like you can plug a standard usb cable into it. So should be good for most ecigs that have a usb charger and I found mention of someone using it for a pass through. I guess you could use it for a cell phone, ipod or something like that too. reviews are good though someone mentioned that you cannot charge an ipad even though it says you can.
