Thanks so much for the quick reply! I read the link you gave me, but, I couldn't find anything there that was similar to what's going on with my batt.

This is what happened. Last night, I had the batt in the charger, left it there about an hour or so. Took it out when the red light was still on (the green light had not came on yet and laid it on my desk. This morning, I put the batt back on the charger, and after about an hour or so, the green light came on. So I started to vape. Everything was fine for about 30 minutes of vaping, and then the LED started the blinking 8 times thing. I put the batt back on the charger, and the green light stays on (it does not change to red at all).

Did I fry my batt coz I took it out before it was fully charged? Its like the batt needs to be charged, but it won't charge? I've used the charger plugged into the wall, and the USB charger. No difference. When I put the batt into the charger, it blinks, but the green light doesn't changed to red to show that its charging.

Have I got a dead batt now?

Just thinking that maybe you cut the battery out (flashing means different things on different batteries - even those of the same model number, but different manufacturers)

If the battery was cut-out when you put it in the charger, it wouldn't register in the charger, nor would it work when you try to vape with it.

Cut-out usually lasts anything up to 2 minutes.

Have you tried using it again since (or put it back in the charger)?

The only time I experience blinking while using my m401 is if I trigger the 5 sec cut off .. I then have to wait 2 mins to start vaping again (this is on an EVO).

My LED will also blink when the battery is on it's last leg and needs to be recharged.

I haven't had a battery die on me yet, but since you say neither of these seem to fit the description of your problem, maybe you do have a dead or faulty battery. Is this a new battery? Maybe you can contact the vendor for a replacement.
