What's the best/cheapest source for these?

Mine are all still in fine working order, but as my hubby has my spare 402, and mine is on the charger atm, I'm smoking :-( I have an extra kit, and juice on the way, but want to be prepared in all ways.

NOOB question: do blank carts have filler fiber/batting (whatchacallit?) but no juice, or are they completely empty of everything?

Blank carts have the insert that contains the polyfil and NO juice.

For the 401, empty mouthpieces are usually only found on atomizers for shipping purposes.

I couldn't find shipping info from litecig, but I would guess that including shipping, the slight savings difference would be outweighed by the speedier shipping, but ty as well, Fedor.

It was your awesome posts that inspired me to get the 402 in the first place, and I'm quite pleased with it!

There is a shipping charge with Lite Cig. Shawn can tell you what it is, around $5.00. I believe that the other vendor has shipping also.

I've priced these out before...I'm extremely frugal.
