Hi All.

From my instruction manual, it looks like when the 402's battery is fully charged it should go from blinking green/red to steady red. Is that right?

I've charged my battery about 24 h and it still blinks. The other battery I have shows a steady red on the charger. I don't recall if it blinked before getting to that stage when I charged it earlier. I'm guessing the one that's still blinking after 24h is defective. Does that sound right?

thanks in advance,

- Frank

I would try to vape with one of them. I would expect they will not work. But if they do I would use it till you get a low battery flash. This might help the chip in the battery reset itself. You got nothing to lose at this point. Any chance these batteries feel warm at all while charging all this time? This most certainly would not be good if so.

My batteries don't feel warm after being on the charger for 8+ hours. When I first hook my 402 battery up, the light is solid red...it then begins to go green/red in about 3/4 second intervals...then it will stay green for about 4 seconds and blink (I'm talking about 1/8th of a second) red.

I'm pretty sure they are charging fine because I used one battery from about 11am-9pm...then switched to #2.

I did some more charging. It seems that no matter how long I charge either battery, they're always blinking. I think I'm getting the same results as jac mentioned. The atomizer does seem to heat up fine. Is there any way to drain the battery without actually vaping for 6 hours?

Also, curiously, my manual says it's supposed to show red with a full charge. At the moment, I'm going to ascirbe this to a someone not knowing how to translate Chinese into English, but I'm not sure...
