4081 carto to 510 battery adapter??

I want to use my 4081 carto's with my Ego. I found this:

510 Battery to 4081 Atomizer adapter

Will that work? I guess what I'm asking is the 4081 atomizer the same attachment as the 4081 carto? I'm assuming so, but I haven't dealt with 3 piece 4081's. My smokestik is a two piece.

cartomizer and atomizer for the 4081 have the same threads, they are interchangeable
