454 build!!

26g Nichrome nano. 10 wraps on a paper clip. .35 ohm. Single for now, gonna add 1 more at lunch. This thing cooks! Heats up super fast, good flavor and vapor production.. again, I was going for a higher resistance so I could try the big block in my VTR. . Oh well..

I just got my 454 and my first build is crap. I did two coils around a 5/64 bit with 28 guage kanthal. Ended up at .8 ohms and it took just forever to heat up. It the trick going with a smaller wrap like you did? Also did you run any wick through that coil or just lay it down on a bed of cotton?
