I got another question, why do some have different color names? I get that mods have green but for the life of me, I can't figure out the other color change. I thought it might have to do with supporting member....but that ain't it.

As far as the supplier affiliate question: I did make reference to starting a marketplace once, a long time ago (thread got locked). Ironic that I noticed my asterisk around the same time. I thought for the longest time that I was marked as a possible seller who may fly under the radar of ECF rules. While the wife and I may invest in a business venture soon, I haven't sold much of anything in the classifieds. I think I began the process of registering as a supplier, or possibly registered and requested to be returned to a simple member. Maybe that earned me an asterisk?

I hope not, I really like the matchmaking theory. Hence why I don't have an *. Happily married for 20 yrs, actually married for 21. YMMV
