okay. With poor tools and poor skills it took forever for me to bottle up 5 litres of nicotine into 100ml bottles.
So, in the end I had 47.5 bottles of finished product. Thats testament to how bad I am at such a simple task. Admittedly, I think I filled some of the bottles a bit too well but that's still over 200ml gone :(
I think the company must have shorted me because it didn't feel anywhere near a 200ml clean up.

But there were some drops of spillage ;).
I did all this in my mums house and have cleaned up with disinfectant spray, wet wipes and cloths, everything I felt I may have touched.

The nicotine is only 7.2% and so is my cleaning regime good and safe enough do you think?

If you have an empty 100 ML bottle liked you used fill a Graduated Beaker with water and measure how much the bottle will hold filled to where you filled them up to. I would hazard a guess that you will find a lot of extra ML's can fit in those bottles as some of my 30 ML bottles can take almost 35.

100ml glass bottles usually have a 106 - 110ml overfill volume(112ml rarely I believe). If you remember the bottle vendor they often state so, deep in the descriptions or in some additional fact/security/quality sheet appended etc. I've done alot of 100ml glass bottle hunting for cheapest bulk price, hence how I now...

Edit: The above is from the EU type 100ml "dropper" bottle, with a 18mm neck, though can come with varying caps of polycones etc. The boston-round, called winchester in UK/EU with a 24mm neck(for 100ml bottle), sorry I don't know the overfill-volume but am sure it's there. Bottle-capacity usually never go over at max the middle of the top rounding/curve/taper.

Edit2: Sorry, i'm an idiot I remembered wrong, it was from 110 - 112mm height not overflow!... The bottles i've seen with overflow listed usually are 108ml.

I'd venture to say there was about 20 to 30 ML stuck to the inside of the original bottles as well. Extra capacity in the transfer bottles, residue on the insides of the bottles and a little spillage could add up to 200 ml real quick when you start with 5000 ML. I wouldn't worry about it and I doubt you really got ripped off by that much.
