I am hooked on Gambit at 12mg. I vape it at 1.0 ohms with the coil low and the flavor shines. It's well known that Gambit doesn't have a lot of TH but i get caramel on the inhale and apple on the exhale. It has become my new ADV.

Ive heard a lot about 5 pawns.

What else do you taste besides caramel and apple in the gambit ? Ill try and make my own :)

Different juices perform better at different power levels, also try adjusting your coil up or down and see if you get a noticeable difference.
If your 1.2ohm is taking a while to heat up you could try a higher gauge wire, the thinner the wire the faster it heats up.

Well thats why I tried 1.2 I wanna see if its more flavorful ima try .8 tonight

I ordered the sampler so I could try Grandmaster and Queenside as those were the only two that sounded appealing. Got my package, and they included an extra Absolute Pin, and no Grandmaster. Tried the four, decided that I didn't like any of them, and never considered them again.

Amen. I realize a lot of marketing and packaging costs are involved in their product, but I simply can not stomach paying nearly $1 per mL for e-liquid. I've tried most of their offerings. Queenside was very good, but not good enough to justify the cost.

Are you friggin' kidding me? It costs literally pennies to make! No packaging on the planet, and no flavor on the planet would get me to pay $1 per ml. I sure hope that includes shipping! I am all for companies making money, but that would be more expensive than smoking 2 packs of cigarettes since I go through about 10 mls per day.

I would be raising hell if they tried this kind of Mickey Mouse BS with me. If I order a sampler pack of 5 flavors, there had better be 5 damn flavors, especially with the outrageous prices they try to charge people.

I thought about it, but after tasting the other four I decided it wasn't worth my time. I DIY most of my juice (I buy one juice all the time, everything else is DIY), but when it seems like EVERYBODY is talking about a juice I will get a small bottle or a sampler to see what all the hype is about. Normally I don't get what everybody raves about, but sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised.

It's 27.50 per bottle with free priority shipping on every order. Subtract the $5.50 or so for the shipping and you are down to about $22 per bottle or .73 per ml. There are many large vendors charging 20-22 per bottle before the shipping so I don't know why folks are getting so spun up about the price.

Another option is that we can go to this vendor and pay $8.00 per ml when it is not on sale.......

I don't consider that an option at all. When I buy juice I absolutely refuse to pay that much for shipping, or that much for any premade juice. There are just too many competitive makers out there with great product who price their product reasonably. But even they can never compete with what I make myself, to my specifications and tastes for pennies.

Knowing how much it really costs just makes it even worse that some companies think they are so good they can charge that with fancy words and packaging. We all use the same ingredients from the same manufacturers. They don't make flavors they just mix them, name them, fancy up a description and put them in a pretty bottle. It really ticks me off they call themselves "premium" or "signature" when we know the truth. There are a few out there that do extract, but they are not mentioned here.

I figured out a couple of years ago that my sense of taste just won't detect all the subtle nuances, layers, and complexities that folks talk about when discussing e-liquid and and their vaping experience. With me, it just tastes good, bland, or yucky. I started DIY and with a little trial and error, I've learned to make a few recipies that I enjoy, three of which my wife will happily vape. It's really for the best. If I were paying $1.00 per mL and it didn't taste absolutely amazing, I'd be grumpy and dissatisfied.

More power to the premium juice guys. I'm just not physically capable of enjoying their product as intended.

The plume room is the only vendor I order pre-made juice from now. Their flavors are so smooth and balanced, their weekly sale, 60mls for $21 +shipping, is what can justify it for me. I have to have at least 30mls at all times of their banana pudding, cool peach, chai tea latte, and black cherry cream soda. All adv's that I know I can throw in my grand and be happy from first puff to the last. I cringe at anything more than $.50 per ml.

But yet we pay similar markups every day on food, cars and everything else we buy. When I was working at Micky D's as a teenager, it cost them about $.30 to make a Big Mac and they were selling it for $3.50, with NO fancy packaging, but no one was complaining of the markup. Do you think it costs Toyota $35k to make a truck? Maybe half that. The point is, people have no problem paying $50 for a $6 steak at a fine steak house or paying 10x more for a fast food product than the actual cost, but complain if they have to pay more because a juice maker is doing the same. I say to each their own. I don't mind paying a little more for a "premium" juice if I like the flavor better than other juices half the price. It's still far cheaper than what I was spending on analogs.

As for them not extracting their own flavors and just using the same flavors as everyone else, this is from their website:

"All flavors are organic and we use only the finest ingredients sourced domestically and locally. All liquid is made in the state of California. Our liquid blends are comprised of 50% VG / 50% PG. Our flavors are extracted from actual base ingredients and we offer 0mg, 6mg, 12mg, 18mg and 24mg nicotine levels."

No surprises there.
