5 posts in any thread... 15 posts and you can do a signature block (although may take an hour or so for the system to recognize and refresh so that you get the option in your "settings" page near edit avatar in "my profile"

After 75 posts, you can no longer make threads in the noobie section... Use them wisely... LOL
