5 volt Box Mod, use ego tanks? Janty?

I am eyeballing mods. I almost bought a vapage but they are pretty expensive.

I would like one that operates at 5 volts and uses either ego cartomizers but preferably the ego style tanks. If it has a holder for a 10 ml bottle that would be ok too.

I just don't want to spend a ton, want it to be fairly simple and easy.

I was looking at Jantys, are they any good? I was also looking at the revolution but have heard complaints about them. Vapage sound good but maybe too pricey, not sure yet but need some more advice on the others.
