50/50 PG/VG and viscosity

I am looking to get my first batch of DIY under my belt and just have a quick question. I plan to do a 50/50 mix, but can't figure out if I will need to thin the mix with distilled water to get to the proper viscosity to use in cartos. I want to make sure I get the nic levels right the first time. Is there a PG/VG ratio cutoff point where you need to start adding distilled water?

50/50 is thick, but not too thick for cartos. experiment. If it doesn't work for you then gently dilute.
(50/50 mix works fine for me. but try it for yourself. Experiences and hardware may vary )

I recently started mixing 50/50 instead of 60/40. Personally I find 60-40 to be little bit too thin. Its all a matter of preference.

He finds it to thin, I find it just slightly too thick...personal preference...

If your filling cartos any where between 70/30 and 60/40 should be good.

Or 80/20.

I use nothing but cartos and mix at 50/50 and have no problems.
