Percentages and Viscosity

OK, I succumbed to the temptation and I added some "extra" drops of different things to help smooth one of them out, and now if it turns out to be outstanding, I will only have a vague idea how to replicate it. Aarrggg. At least I made 10mls of it!

I thought one needed a sweetener, so I through some stevia in DW, shook to foam, added some PGA to settle it, filtered after overnight steep, and ended up with a great sweetener, added a very small amount to a cart with some liquid in it, and it sweetened it up great. But I really do need to wait for the new ones to age before adding anything else, it might not need it.

For the happy few that have been helping me out: your advice was invaluable, first batches came out perfect, other than the fact that on one I had to add more base to get the flavor down a bit, but now can make consistent batches. The only down side is having to wait a week for steeping in some cases, but it has been well worth the wait.

My formula for VG juices is %flavor + %water = 22%, so if it is 10% flavor I use 12% water. Very nice in a carto.
