We ship everything fedex, including flat rate, so this would be 5 bucks for fedex ground. Depending on the order though, and customer location, we have been known to sneak in a free upgrade here and there.

The model is not KR, it is E9 compatible.

how do you refill the carts? I pm'd you, it's a bit lengthy. There are youtubes of cartomizer refills also, and I suggest dripping from the "white plug" end.

is the cart material removable and replacable? No, it's not "Serviceable". You should be able to get through at least few refills as long as you don't vape it completely dry.
