You say that you know choosing the stainless steel color will not change your model??? Where does it say that, in what was quoted???

The stainless steel 801's have low bridges. The black and white 801's could have either the low or the high bridge so you have to indicate in a note which type you want.

Is this not clear to anyone else?

Sorry guys. I thought a true DSE901 was high-bridge and the low-bridge was actually a RN4075.

In my defense: Every color that Wayne sells in the DSE901s ‘that I have received’ have been high-bridge.

The black and white DES801s ‘that I have received’ have been high-bridge, both in the kits and the spare attys. Disclaimer I believe they are high-bridge because they are super pointy.

I once accidentally ordered RN4075 batteries for my 901, but realized that they should be exactly the same, and they were.

Now I see DSE901, RN4075, and RN4081 batteries listed under DSE901 spare parts, therefor, I know absolutely nothing. lol

Apology accepted. The low bridge black and whites in the 801's were just recently stocked. Before that all the black and whites were high bridges. And I was only referencing the 801's.
