Anyone know where to get a 510 to kr adaptor I want to be able to use a cartomiser. Also anybody know where to buy attys and battys in bulk in USA? thank-you

I just got the 510 to 808 adapter from altsmoke to try cartomizers before buying an 808. I don't know if it is the 510 batteries or just the connection, but I get a whistling sound when inhaling and very little taste and vapor. I am using manual batteries, also.
