50watt istick firing button died

I guess after the reviews I've read, I shouldn't be surprised something like this would happen, but out of the blue my firing button of my 50 watt istick just stopped functioning all together. Can't turn it on, can't do anything. Tried plugging it in to a power source, it's battery is full, but nothing happens when I hit the fire button. (Lol, yes, I tried hitting the button 5 times). I really loved my istick, so I'm extremely bummed about this. It's still in the 90 day warranty, so I'm waiting on an email back. Any thoughts?

I bought two of them the first week they came out. I love the way they vape, and fit my hand. I've had 1 instance of auto fire, but it was just enough to make me wary of them. I use mine every day here at my desk, or if I'm running a short errand. To be honest I would seriously consider buying another one. I have here a Sigelei 150 watt, an Innokin MVP 30 w, and a Smok 160 w Cube 2 on the way. Ergonomically the iStick 50 is the most comfortable.

This is the first I've seen of the firing button not working. Wish I had an answer for you.

Good luck.
