I have searched high and low for HV Atty's for th 510, and it seems there is a worldwide (read China) shortage. Do any of the vets out there know of a good quality supplier that have them in stock? I just moved up from the 3.7v to 6v and have experienced the growing pains associated (read frying 3 attys in one day ;) ). I know that lately people have become gun-shy about name dropping suppliers, so if you prefer I would love a PM. My vendor and otherwise always go-to don't carry a high enough resistance atty for my mod.

My new mod is sitting lonely-like in the corner with a tiny little dunce cap on it that reads "fry no more" on the back of it, and I think it's getting a little anxious from the "time out" ;). Any and all advice would be super appreciated!

I know a couple carry 4.2 ohm atty's - for example Eastmall and Heaven Gifts (both in China and both have been reliable suppliers for me). If you've been using (and destroying) regular Joye 510 atty's (2.1 ohm~2.4 ohm typically) these will be significantly cooler, and probably a safer load for the batteries at 6v. 4.2 ohms at 6v results in a theoretical 8.57 watts and 1.43 amps. The 3.5 ohm atomizers that Ikenvape have will be running just over 10w at 6v so pretty hot but should be acceptable. If you are used to taking long drags you might have to modify this with 6v. Also remember to keep them very wet.
