Does anyone know if there is a way to make the 510-801 stealth adapter work on the fusion cartos. I just recently tried the fusion and love them. I wondered if maybe the center pin on the stealth adapter could be reversed to make the profile of my mod and tank a little better, or if there was any other way I could make stealth adapter work.

I was just wondering if the stealth adapter (510 to 801) from avid would work with the fusions. I want to grab some, and would be putting them in a tank, but if I had to use a normal size adapter, it would be too tall before the tank starts and I like the tanks to sit like right on top of the mod for a nice, clean look. So to confirm, the avid vaper stealth will work with the fusions?

I have one now and it does work on the twist, I also have one from mad vapes that works also. but both are finiky on my provari.

Finky, I like that. ^_^

I guess I'll buy the stealth one and one of the regular ones in case the stealth doesn't work very well.

Thanks for the help! I'm off to spend yet more money. Just bought 801 Fusion cartos a while ago, can't wait to try them out! Smoktech's cartos are getting old and not giving me that wow factor any more.

Thanks!

Wow, looking for stealth adapters and finding a lot of places online sold out! Looks like Avidvapor is the only one I can find that has them.

Next question, do I need a closed or open hole adapter?

Thanks!
If your going to use it on an automatic or a bottom feeder you need and open. If your using it for dripping you should get a sealed to keep juice out of your connector.

Frustration is setting in. Got my 801 Fusions, got my Avid Vapor Stealth 510 to 801 adapter. Filled the Fusion, then attempted to screw the adapter to the bottom of the Fusion carto. Um, not going on. It appears that the 801 side of the adapter isn't deep enough. Any suggestions? I've no clue with this now and it's so tiny I don't want to break it.

Thanks!

try and screw it on the Pv first then it will push the center pin up and make contact. That works on most of my adapters but I don't use stealth.

Just tried that. It just seems like the inside of the 801 side of the adapter is too higher. There's no space for the pin on the 801 Fusion to be pushed into to. There's like not enough thread to screw on to the Fusion.

Hmm, perhaps that's why Isaac said you can't use the stealth adapter with the Fusion carto?

I dunno. I'm stumped.

Thanks for trying.
