With Chinese New Year coming up, may not be for a little while I'm guessing. 
You could do what I did -- order a couple disposable 510 kits instead. Only $2 more and you get an extra battery out of each kit, plus some carts They're not original Joye atomizers, but these Boge clones are pretty darn impressive in my experience.
