We have recently discovered that not all 510 batteries need to be
recharged when the light on the end starts flashing. Some batteries
will flash then continue to work as soon as they stop flashing. If you
have a battery that seems to flash sooner than it should try it when
it stops flashing to see if it still works. If it won't light up and
work or if it flashes every time you try to use it then it is time to
recharge it.

If you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us.

Thanks,
Tony

I found another 510 battery glitch while vaping last night. I have an older battery that works fine but last night I took it off the charger, screwed it into my atomizer and it would not activate the atomizer. I unscrewed it and screwed it back in and it still did not activate the atomizer, but was lighting up like it was fully charged. I unscrewed it and screwed it on one more time and then it started working. I think over time the connections get weakened from screwing it on and off so many times. So if you have a battery that takes a full charge and lights up but does not activate the atomizer, try wiping down the male and female parts of the battery and atomizer and screwing it in a few times. This worked for me. It might save you from throwing away a couple batteries that still work that you might have thought did not.

If anybody has any tricks they have found out about 510 components please post them here, for I am sure that there are many more out there.

Thanks,
Tony

I've found that whenever I plug my charger into my laptop that the dead battery doesn't blink the five times it's supposed to. Sometimes it will blink three or four times and other times not at all. Is this a glitch or is it time for a new battery? The odd thing is it seems to function normally after charging is complete.

Yes that is just a glitch, the battery should still work fine. I believe that happens when the battery is completely dead. As the battery is dying it will flash on the end to let you know that it needs to be charged, and will not activate the atomizer. Well when the battery becomes completely dead it will not even flash to let you know that it needs to be charged, or flash when you plug it into your charger.

Hope that helped,
Tony

Another glitch that I found is that some batteries will stop lighting up on the end completely. I have one battery that has not lit up on the end almost since the first day I had it. It still activates the atomizer just fine, but never lights up. I'm not sure why that happens, but I have a few batteries that wont light up. Just another glitch I have found while vaping.
