510 battery question

Can someone tell me what kind of charger to use with a Boge 510 battery?

I have been using an FS510 for about a year now, and am very happy with it.

The place where I've been buying my supplies is out of FS510 batteries, has been for awhile. So I bought a Joye 510, thinking it would be a replacement. batteries, cartridges and attys are fully cross compatible between FS510 and Joye, but I know chargers are not.

I much prefer the FS510 batteries over the Joye. The Joye batteries simply do not perform. They don't last as long between charges and I don't get as much vapor when using them. I've had six, and not one of them was satisfactory. My chargers and batteries are all labeled, so I know I'm not charging in the wrong chargers.

I am looking for more 510 type batteries, and the Boge 510 looks like a good choice, but I need to know which charger (FS or Joye) will be compatible. Or does Boge also require it's own charger?

Any other suggestions? Links are appreciated too, there's a lot of junk out there!

Any 4.2v output 420ma charger that fits a 510 connection will do. I wouldn't pay more than a few bucks for it unless it comes with a wall adapter too, then I wouldn't pay more than $10.

What is "FS510"? Never heard of it.

As far as I know, a 510 is a 510. Long skinny battery with 510 connection. Can be had in 180mah, 280mah, etc. Can be had in auto or manual. Can be had as Joye brand or as a generic.

Am I missing something?

And, a 510 batt should not be charged with an Ego charger. It should be charged with a 510 charger.

The FS510 uses a different charger than a regular 510. Last I knew the polarity is reversed in the batteries, so the Joye 510 batteries and chargers should not be used with the FS 510 charger.
