510 Battery

So the stock 510 batt. is 150 mah. The biggest knock about the 510 in my opinion is batt. life. The extended batt is way to long. Has anyone opened up a 510 batt. and found a way to insert a similar sized batt. with longer batt. life? Is it even possible?

I may be wrong but I remember reading somewhere that the 510 battery contains a AAAA size lithium but not 100% sure. Either way unless you enlarge its capacity while keeping it small there is not alternative other than either a longer battery or going to a mod.

There are tons of different mods out there as you have probably read about and some I think are way overpriced, but for the technically challenged it may be their only way to get one. If you have a little tinkering ability, some simple tools and patience, you can make your own NicoStick for less than about $25.00 in parts. The instructions and parts lists are posted and I built one myself and enjoy a minimum of 8 hours of good vaping per battery.

And if you need any help, there's plenty available.

Put a AAA battery next to it, its wider than the ecig battery is. Not counting the case has some thickness. gonna have to go wider, the power is actually impressive for how small the battery is.

a AAAA Battery on average is 580 mah. The battery in the 510 is 180mah. IDK what batt. is inside it i bet it is really tiny

I've taken plenty apart... you can't fit a larger battery inside of the available space. It is filled to the rim with battery and circuitry.
