I have now had the opportunity to refill the 510 cartomizer a few times. It is supposed to only hold about.3ml I believe and I have no reason to doubt that. So far, I have been refilling by removing the end and dripping 5 to 6 drops into the filling/batting. I then put the end on and roll it a little bit.

I am so far only getting about half of the vaping life of a new cartomizer. I may need to start using a syringe to make sure the batting is soaked to the bottom. I have also started putting a plug in before filling and giving a few shakes afterwards (the kr808 caps are a little big.)

One big thing - it is a lot less messy than filling a 510 cart. There is almost no mess for me right now when I refill. Also, I have been vaping this heavily, about a long, heavy vapor drag every minute at least. A lighter vaper would get a lot more mileage.

Got my order of 510 carto's in today. So far they work really good. Shipping was unbelievably fast!

One other thing. In my opinion these are more of a 306 carto. They are the same size as a 306 batt. This is a definite plus for me, I love the 306! With a white battery you would be hard pressed to tell the difference in a real analog.

The only downside for me is the carto's will not screw up snug to the battery, there is a little gap between the two. I wonder if you would still get airflow if you filed the center of the carto down a little (will have to try this)?
