how is the SB with the 510 cartomizers--both at 3.7 and at 6.0 (if one accidentally put in 2 batteries by mistake)

Really liking cartos on my sb right now. The price is great as well. Like getting 5 atomizers for the price of 1.

Only thing that bugs me is the loud sizzle.

Oh, I don't know about that. I've been doing my cartomizers at 6v for some time now and they still have filler in them. A couple got kinda brown and a couple others got to tasting a bit like bad milk but I'm not sure if that was the juice or usage. I'm thinking you just might have to be a bit more diligent in topping them off. damn things never burn out though.

Same here. DBSB with 510 cartos at 6v with drip tips is the best setup I had so far and I am loving it and I am blowing out massive vapor and the juice still tastes good and it hits amazing even with a 2 second drag.
