510 compatible led flashlight head?

Now that I've joined the mod squad with my Knurled King I'm struck wondering if anyone has found different attachments to use on this glorified battery tube.

The 510 connector seems like prime real estate for anything you can power with a 18650. Flashlight, personal fan, screwdriver, electric toothbrush or..?

I picked up one of those a while ago just for the heck on it. It works as advertised and looks nice, but it's really just a gimmick to me.
