I use an Altoids gum tin, which neatly holds two extra batteries and two filled carts. Plus, I leave the house with one fully charged, fully loaded 510.
Before I got my third (and fourth) battery, i used to carry a charger and car adaptor in a separate box. I also used to carry a spare atty, but after 5 weeks with no failures, I don't feel the need for a spare atty. (Maybe I should, but so far, so good.)
It's small, discrete, and fits in my pocket without rattling around.
