Since the PCC for the 510 is so small, has anyone taken two of them and put them together in one device? Double the bat life, or at least be able to charge two at the same time.

You would have to put the guts of both in to a new case, but even then it should not be too large.

Let me know what you modders think. I am sure it can be done fairly easily.

Hmmm... I wasn't thinking of doubling anything - but why not?

I was thinking of modding one to hold a bottle of juice and a fully assembled ecig; as well as a spare atty, two carts and the charging battery... Should be enough to last an evening...

I was thinking of keeping it small enough for a pocket, and covered with something soft enough not to scratch my cell phone... (Tinear's PVC softening thing comes to mind - but I have no idea how to do it!)

Yeah, the perfect PCC would hold two batts and be compatible with the Titan Mega Batt.

A dual PCC mod wouldnt be that big.You could house the two batts on one side, and then the holes and connections on the other side. It would be a little thicker, but still fit a pocket well.

What do you guys think? Is it possible?

There is defiantly a lot of potential for PCC Mods. Personally I just cant stand the regular batteries anymore, I turned my PCC into a type of nicostick with a huge 3.7 battery pack on the inside (2x 18650). Another guy was using the PCC circuit board in a double "AA" box to work with a 14500. Both of these mods become a battery replacement not really a charger for the regular batteries.

Couple of points on making the dual-PCC. Looking at the inside plastic to my tore apart PCC, I see there isn't room of course for 2x510 batteries unless you remove both the control board and the PCC battery. The problem is I'm not sure 1 control board would be able to handle charging 2 510 manual batteries. It would however be able to charge a bigger PCC battery. I've had some thoughts out of making something out of some nice wood. to me wood is just so easier to work with than metal (I don't have a lathe). it would't be hard to make a wooden box about the size your talking that would fit a much larger battery for the PCC and use the 2 plastic inserts for 2 batteries and all your other parts.

For those that have the mega batteries.. :)

Okay - so what's our basic criteria?
Does this work?
-Holds one fully assembled 510
-Holds and/or Charges 1 or 2 extra batteries With some sort of adaptor/spacer for mega batts)
-Holds two extra carts
-Holds one extra atty
-Holds eJuice Bottle - I went with 10x25mm

(In the picture 'Assy" refers to Cart/Atty Assembly)
